I show my scars….

I show my scars so that others may know they can heal too.

Showing your scars is a very brave and empowering thing to do.

By sharing your story and your own experience of healing, you can be a beacon of hope to others who may be going through similar experiences.

Showing your scars can be an act of courage, helping to normalize the pain and suffering we all experience in our lives. It is a way of saying, “I’ve been through something difficult, and I’m still here.”

When you open up and share your stories, it can help others to feel less alone.

It can also create a space where healing can take place.

By opening up and being vulnerable, we can create space for connection and understanding.

And can then share our stories and be supported in our healing process.

Sharing your scars can also give you a sense of empowerment.

It can be a way of taking ownership of your story, and it can be a way of reclaiming the power of your experience.

Love you Anita xx
