Need a Confidence Boost?
Lacking Confidence After Lockdown?
There’s a lot of talk about the effect lockdown has had on us, and one that I hear time and again on the News or in conversation with friends is the loss of confidence.
Now we’re emerging slowly from our imposed no contact rules, getting back into the swing of interacting in person with our work colleagues, friends, and the strangers we’ll be coming in to contact with, this may throw up some unforeseen challenges.
We’ve become used to our own company and may find ourselves a bit rusty or scared about how to be in the world again.
So I feel it’s the perfect time to invite you to join me for a 2-hour online Confidence Workshop to polish up those skills interpersonal skills, and explore in a straightforward but impactful way how we can sabotage our feelings of self-worth, put ourselves down, and feel we’re “not enough”, just because we don’t realise the real source of our confidence.
Yes, it’s time to reboot and rebuild ourselves up to be the confident, self-assured, and powerful people we’d love to be – in any situation.
